Terms and Conditions

     All items are new, current stock, un-opened and un-damaged. Most items will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of full payment, the only exception will be backordered items. If any of your items ordered are backordered you will be contacted immediately.

     If you need to check on the stock status of a particular item please don’t hesitate to call at 574-333-6666. All items are completely inspected for any hidden damage before shipping. When you take delivery from the carrier you should inspect the item completely for any damage in the presence of the carriers employee (including removing packaging to check for hidden damage). If there is any damage make sure that it is noted on the carriers receipt. You will be responsible for initiating a claim with the carrier or his insurance company and following it thru to have your item repaired/replaced. Heat and Cool Direct does not have anything to do with damage claims, it will strictly be between you and the carrier.

     We ship all items with full insurance. We offer a 14 day return policy with the following terms: We will only accept a return if you have contacted us and received a R.A. # within 14 days after your purchase. You will only be issued a R.A. number if your unit is found to have a gross mechanical defect that cannot be corrected via Goodmans warranty claim process. If you choose to return your item you will be responsible for the following charges: Return shipping to our facility, 15% restocking fee, return shipping to you (if we are sending a replacement), and whatever fee was incurred to process your payment (generally 3%).

     Any warranty claims are to be handled with Goodman. Heat and Cool Direct does not offer any warranty of any kind including, but not limited to, fitness for any particular use or application on any of the products we offer.
